LEG, through its management arm Linque Management Company Inc., has 20 years’ experience managing and operating Class A office, industrial and retail properties. Its current portfolio of 4.4 million square feet is occupied by over 200 tenants in ten facilities. In-house capabilities provide our clients and partners with comprehensive and integrated leasing, institutional financial reporting and budgeting, property management and construction management services. In the last ten years, Linque’s leasing team has completed more than 150 leasing transactions totaling over 2.5 million square feet of spaceand Linque’s construction team has completed 120 tenant installations and 30 building capital projects with a total value $80 million. A Principal Difference What distinguishes LEG from typical third-party leasing and management is the hands-on involvement of senior management and the keen focus on maximizing returns for investors. The genesis of LEG’s services platform was its relentless pursuit to maximize investment returns on its own portfolio by employing creative thinking and devising innovative, value add strategies. This platform developed into a third-party services business that is motivated by these same objectives: principals direct involvement in every aspect of a client’s real estate requirement.
