Services LEG, through its management arm Linque Management Company Inc., has 20 years’ experience managing and operating Class A office, industrial and retail properties. Its current portfolio of 4.4 million square feet is occupied by over 200 tenants in ten facilities. In-house capabilities provide our clients and partners with comprehensive and integrated leasing, institutional financial reporting and budgeting, property management and construction management services. In the last five years, Linque’s leasing team has completed more than 150 leasing transactions totaling over 1.8 million square feet of space and Linque’s construction team has completed 98 tenant installations and 27 building capital projects with a total value $75 million. Since mid-2005, LEG through its European investment platform, Eurolinque, has been investing in European assets. In partnership with institutional capital, LEG currently owns and operates a 3,500,000 square foot, 5,300 unit mixed-use portfolio in the greater Berlin market, with a market value of $400 million. LEG is actively pursuing a number of investments abroad. In addition to the current German Residential portfolio under management, LEG has performed investment due diligence across multiple countries and asset classes including plain vanilla commercial and residential investments, loan books, sporting facilities, etc. Services |
