LEG was engaged by INVESTCORP to take over the property and construction management of 300 Montowese Ave. in North Haven, Conn. The 840,000-square-foot warehouse/distribution facility is currently occupied by New Breed Logistics. LEG was assigned the task of repositioning the property to accommodate the lease up of 300,000 square feet of vacant space. LEG was successful in its mandate as the property is currently 100 percent occupied. |
