Lincoln Equities Group was a finalist for a new build-to-suit corporate headquarters for PSEG.

- Structured parking for 350 cars to be provided in base of building.
- Able to connect directly into Newark’s Subway System
- This site is available and a new building can be customized for a Build-to-Suit user, as PSEG has opted to remain in its existing location.
