Holtzbrinck Publishing Holdings LP has signed a 12,260-square-foot lease with Meritage Properties LLC and Lincoln Equities Group, partners in the ownership of American Metro Center (AMC), a mixed-use development consisting of approximately 487,000-square-feet in the Princeton/ Route One corridor.

PRINCETON, NJ- The Urology Group of Princeton signed a long-term lease for 5,175 square feet at Princeton Forrestal Village here. The office will be a conversion of retail space at the center.

Investcorp International Inc. entity IVC PFV, LLC and Lincoln Equities Group, owners of Princeton Forrestal Village, have signed the Urology Group of Princeton to a 5,175-square-foot lease at Princeton Forrestal Village, a mixed-use development consisting of approximately 550,000-square-feet in the Princeton sub-market.

Lincoln Equities Group: Robert Zalkin, 32, was named director of investments, a newly created position in which he is opening LEG's New York office. He was previously an associate at KBR Capital Partners.
