residential units. The buildings were divided into a
condominium ownership structure in 1998, and the current
ownership includes 38 individual unit owners, and
Lincoln Equities’ ownership of 199 residential units,
one commercial unit, 40 parking spaces, and 17 garages.

Lincoln Equities Group Takes Over Management Of
Seaview Square Shopping Center in Ocean Township,
N.J.
Ocean Township, NJ,
Lincoln Equities Group has been enlisted to take
over property and construction management at the
773,000-square-foot Seaview Square Shopping Center
in Ocean Township, N.J. The property, located at
2301 Route 66 at the intersection of Route 35, is
anchored by major retailers Sears, Costco and
Target.
